In my mind it’s to pursue your goal regardless of an obstacle or someone’s criticism. No many what your trying to accomplishment be it business, health & fitness, weight control, getting a new career, maybe it’s a tragedy, whatever it is there will be obstacles, setbacks and disappointment along the way. Staying the course is MOVING FORWARD not matter what happens, knowing that end game (Goal) and not letting anything get in the way.
