Mental Toughness: Getting Over that Hump
Welcome to our 1st video in our theme of week video series. Each week on Tuesday Morning we will post our theme of the week video. This week’s theme is Getting over that Hump.
It’s our mission at Inspirational University to provide you with the skills and tools to develop the Mental Toughness to succeed. We define Mental Toughness as the ability to move forward under pressure.

So, this week’s topic: Getting over that hump, are you stuck can’t move forward getting over that hump. You must have a goal that is your life dream. Determine your passion and move forward toward it every day.
In your lifetime, you will come to a point where you just can’t get passed something, either its financial, tragedy, some form of setback whatever is holding you back you need to move forward. It’s easy to say but you need to find a way to continue on the journey toward your life dream. Most times it’s a block mentally that you just can’t get over, or there is a task at hand that you not sure how to complete, overwhelm by the task, don’t have the financial means to complete. At this stage, you need to look for help, answers on how to move forward, but never quit. If your life plan is written down and broken into action steps you have the steps to move forward, you may just need to break that larger task into smaller parts to be able to complete. Sometimes when the task is huge we shut down thinking we can’t complete it. Break it into smaller tasks and complete some of the easy ones first so you can get back on track.
Key is never losing that objective of complete or reaching your end game, your passion, your life dream. Follow it till the end you will overcome and one day wake up and find that you there! Keep on Moving Forward Don’t Quit.

1. Determine your passion
2. Write down your goals
3. Keep a Positive Attitude
4. Welcome and accept change
5. Move forward daily
6. Get to work, do something every day to get better
7. Finish, complete those action steps
8. Find an exercise and nutritional diet that meets your needs.
